Manager Trainee Start ASAP

Company: Premier Home Improvements a family owned and operated provider of hurricane impact windows, doors, roofing, and bathroom products to Homeowners.

Position: Manager Trainee

Immediate Hiring! We are expanding and looking for outgoing and highly motivated individuals to join our canvassing team! Start learning how to canvass and schedule appointments and grow into a supervisor role if qualified.

Responsibilities:

  • Canvass older neighborhoods to find old original windows and damage roofing
  • Educate homeowners on special finance programs and schedule free presentations for windows. roofing and bathrooms.

Requirements:

  • Outgoing and approachable personality
  • High energy and money motivated
  • Coachable and willing to learn
  • Reliable car or truck
  • Comfortable working outdoors

Compensation

  • Salary, Commission and Bonus (Earn $50K-$125K per year)
