Manager Trainee Start ASAP

Position: Manager Trainee

Immediate Hiring! We are rapidly expanding and looking for outgoing and highly motivated individuals to join our canvassing team!

Start learning how to canvass and schedule appointments and grow into a supervisor role if qualified.

Responsibilities:

  • Canvass older neighborhoods to find old original windows and damage roofing
  • Speak with homeowners and educate them on products and financing options for windows, doors, roofing and bathroom
  • Schedule FREE in-home consultations and presentations

Qualifications:

  • Outgoing and energetic personality
  • Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
  • Comfortable canvassing neighborhoods and speaking with homeowners
  • Reliable transportation (car/truck)

Compensation:

  • Salary, Commission & Bonus
  • Earnings can range from $50K-$125K per year
  • Career growth opportunities
