Lead Generation Field Specialist

Company: Premier Home Improvements a family owned and operated provider of hurricane impact windows, doors, and roofing products to Homeowners.

Position: Lead Generation Field Specialist

We are rapidly expanding and looking for outgoing and highly motivated individuals to join our field team!

This role is simple: Talk to homeowners and schedule free consultations – our sales team will handle the rest.

Responsibilities:

  • Canvass older neighborhoods to find old original windows and damage roofing
  • Educate homeowners on special finance programs and schedule free presentations for windows. roofing and bathrooms.

Requirements:

  • Outgoing and approachable personality
  • High energy and money motivated
  • Coachable and willing to learn
  • Comfortable working outdoors

Compensation

  • Salary, Commission and Bonus (Earn $50K-$75K per year)
