Home Improvement Canvassing Manager

Position: Canvassing Manager

Make the jump and start with a fast-growing company who pays VERY WELL! We are seeking an energetic and motivated Canvassing Manager - to lead our door-to-door outreach efforts. This role involves supervising a team of canvassers to effectively promote our services, engage with potential clients, and expand our community presence. The ideal candidate will possess canvassing management experience along with strong leadership, communication, and sales skills, with experience in marketing and customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop leadership skills while making a meaningful impact through direct engagement.

Duties

  • Lead and supervise a team of canvassers in door-to-door marketing campaigns
  • Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies to meet outreach goals
  • Train new team members on appointment setting techniques, communication skills, and company policies
  • Engage with potential clients through persuasive communication, negotiation and active listening
  • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and motivate staff to achieve targets
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards during all outreach activities
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, leads, and campaign progress

Experience

  • Proven success in door-to-door canvassing
  • Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
  • Experience in negotiation and persuasive communication techniques
  • Ability to lead a team effectively while demonstrating professionalism and enthusiasm
