HOA Project Administrator – Windows & Doors

Company: Premier Home Improvements a family owned and operated provider of hurricane impact windows, doors and roofing products to Homeowners.

Position: HOA Project Administrator – Windows & Doors

Required Skills:
• Project Administration with HOA or Permitting Experience with Windows and Doors

• Bilingual English and Spanish

Experience:
• 3-5 years of Project Coordinating including either HOA or Permitting Experience for Windows and Doors

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Complete and file applications with all HOA's or Permit applications
• Get approvals from every HOA for window installations
• During the approval process the HOA Specialist will communicate with the HOA or permit departments of cities and answer all questions
