Canvassing Manager Trainee

Company: Premier Home Improvements a family owned and operated provider of hurricane impact windows, doors, and roofing products to Homeowners.

Position: Canvassing Manager Trainee

Be part of a fast-paced team where hard work is recognized and success is celebrated. This is a field-based role where you will connect with homeowners, introduce our services, and schedule appointments for our Sales Representatives. This is an active, outdoor position — not an office, call center, or remote scheduling job.

We are looking for positive, motivated individuals who enjoy being active, communicating with people, and working toward goals in an outdoor environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods
  • Talk with homeowners and set appointments for sales team
  • Follow a simple scripts and closer process
  • Contribute to a strong team environment
  • Qualified candidates will learn how to train, manage and motivate a team of canvassers
