Canvasising Manager Trainee

Company: Premier Home Improvements a family owned and operated provider of hurricane impact windows, doors, and roofing products to Homeowners.

Position: Canvasising Manager Trainee

Our team is expanding and we’re looking for energetic, people-oriented individuals to join our field outreach team. Management training is available for top performers.

Responsibilities:

  • Canvass older neighborhoods to find old original windows and damage roofing
  • Educate homeowners on special finance programs and schedule free presentations for windows. roofing and bathrooms.
  • Qualified candidates will learn how to train, manage and motivate a team of canvassers

Requirements:

  • Outgoing and approachable personality
  • High energy and money motivated
  • Coachable and willing to learn
  • Reliable car or truck
  • Comfortable working outdoors

Position Offer

  • Salary + commission + bonus (Earn $50K-$125K per year)
